Safe Mode Cycle Hold

This mode is unique (to the best of our knowledge) to SMT CNC benders. It is a Zero Energy State mode when operators step on the safety mat. In this state, all axes are completely disabled, and energy to all axes is blocked or stopped. (The only exception is the chuck close output.)
