Radius Shift Mode

The Radius Shift Mode is the mode of how the radius shifts. The choices are BEFORE, AFTER, and DURING Feed motion. (No one (that we know of) uses "BEFORE", but we included it as an option just in case someone dreams of a reason to use it.)
