Change the default linear units in VTube

Steps to changing the default linear units

Use the toolbar buttons to clear VTube and press the Linear Units button until the correct units are active.
Press the System Options button.
Press the Project Setup tab, and then press the Set Project Default State button.
Exit the System Options menu. VTube will now clear to the new linear unit.
