This is mainly a set of debug changes to CNC Bender.
CHANGES to CNC BENDER
REPAIR - Collision Detection Logic in CNC Processor
CNC Processor was corrected to examine the second register (or bank) of 16 points on a 32 bit module.
ENHANCEMENT - "Ranger Error" is now changed to "Collision"
CNC Processor now reports a potential "collision" rather than a "ranger error" in the logs. We felt that this is clearer English.
