ENHANCED - Added Combined Bend Views to the Plot Preview

This version adds the Combined True Bend Views to the Plot Preview. The combined true bend view is a unique type of true bend where all bends are shown flat on the table at the same time. This view takes all non-flat rotations out of the part and draws the part in a stair-stepping fashion.
