OPERATOR ISSUE
Scanning was poor and failed often.
OUR DISCOVERY
- The exposure mode was set to MANUAL inside RDS.
OTHER ACTIONS
- The customer changed the exposure mode to Automatic.
RESULT
The system measured perfectly.
