CNC Bender 10.0.6.0m - Smarter Cycle Start Notification

CNC Bender no longer reports “CNC Bender Initialized” and “All Axes Enabled” when pressing the Cycle Start button when this state was already true.

This makes the control go quiet when it should be quiet. Operators don’t need to hear this message if the enabled state was already true.

This is even more of an issue when the run buttons are tied to cycle start, and the operator does not step on the safety mat to load or unload the part.
