REPAIRED - Hitch Feed Distance Conversion

Hitch feeds in the inch unit are now correctly converted in the Processlist Builder to millimeters. (All linear units in a processlist are in millimeters.) The issue was accidentally introduced in version CNC Bender v11-20091019 or later with Toolbox Default Values. |
