NEW - Logic for VBH50 Manual Hand Benders Added

See a YouTube video for this bender. CNC Bender can now also be installed on manual hand benders. These are Eaton Leonard benders with bend arms that are pulled by hand. A brake engages when the bend arm comes into position.

NEW - SmartInspect Configuration File Added

A new configuration file "loggingsetup.cfg" is added to the cnc\config folder. The new logging setup allows for debug logging in both CNC Processor and CNC Bender. The logging setup features for CNC Processor were previously in the CNCProcessor.cfg file.
