CHANGE - Extra Horizontal Clamp Close

The extra horizontal clamp only closed when the CLAMP die was closed separately from the PRESSURE DIE. This is changed so that it also closes in the PD/Clamp Close Method of "PD AND Clamp".

FIX - XYZ to FRB Calculation Linear Units Issue

The XYZ to FRB calculation now properly handles the linear units when converting. The XYZ to FRB calculation now uses the default configuration to preset the FRB row options.
