NEW - Popup Menu for Setting Precision Weights

We added this menu to make setting the Precision Weight values quicker.

Fix - Eaton Leonard Data Transfer to Additional Setup Window

We fixed a bug that prevented data that was recalled from the bender from being transferred to the Additional Data menu.
